Title
Business Analysis and Digitalization Consultant
1. Project Background
The Operational Policy, Portfolio and Results Department (OPR) is headed by a Director General (DG) who reports directly to the Vice President for Policy and Strategy (VPPS). Under the guidance of VPPS, the DG, OPR is responsiblefor (i) operational policies and processes; (ii) Investment Operations (IO) process data and digitalization;
2. Objectives of the Assignment
AIIB is in search of a consultant to enable alignment between renewed policy, process, and Investment management information system (IMIS), by conducting business analysis of process and facilitate implementation of function in IMIS.
3. Scope of Services
The Consultant will engage in the following activities as part of their scope of service: 1. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing policies, processes, and the systems to identify areas of improvement.2. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions during system updates or policy changes.3. Collect user feedbacks and define the list of business requirements for continuous system optimization.4. Discuss and align the business requirements from various departments.5. Work with IT on the solution design for new business requirements.6. Coordinate with IOs to support system testing and collect user feedbacks.7. Facilitate communication and training sessions to educate users on process improvements, and system updates.8. Monitor the business operation in system and generate the management report and dashboard.9. Continuously assess and recommend improvements to enhance the alignment between policy, process, and Investment management information system (IMIS)

Qualification Requirement
1. Minimum 5 years of relevant change management experience in an international organization or comparable organization, dealing with business analytics, digital innovation, and IT project management.2. Good data analytics, and data visualization skills.3. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills in multicultural environments.4. Client-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.5. Strong coordination skills with experience in leading business requirement workshops.6. Familiar with Agile methodology, relevant certification is a plus.
